Salary: £35,000 plus bonus

About the role

As the Operations Supervisor for Medequip Assistive Technology Ltd you will act as Site Manager in your Operations Manager’s absence

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• To minute take during the Operations Meetings and complete and maintain all other specified paperwork
• To manage the callouts and monitor all contract routes.
• To monitor all late jobs with no reason in routes.
• Allocate staff meetings, lunch breaks etc across the depot.
• Assist the Ops Manager in being responsible for Depot up-keep
• Responsibility to ensure all clients contracts are met in full, and strategically developed 
• Assist with managing warehouse functions 
• Assist with depot stock take and performance
• Assist with the management of automated invoice process to identify shortfalls
• Ensure at all times the Company philosophy of world class customer service is delivered from all employees.
• Be fully proficient in all employee relations matters and processes related to disciplinary up to and including dismissals.
• Recruit and select to any identified and business agreed vacancies.
• Train, assign, schedule, coach and counsel employees alongside the Ops Manager
• Some understanding of financial data, planning and budgeting techniques; some awareness of the impacts of business/financial decisions on the other.
• Maintaining Health, Safety, Environmental compliance and quality standards

Qualifications and experience required.

• Experience in a logisitcs, healthcare or retail based inductry is preferred
• Budget Management experience
• Experienced Operational Leader 
• Driving License is essential
