About the role

As the Bid Writer for Medequip Assistive Technology Ltd you will work as part of the business development team, you will be accountable for solution architecting and writing compelling, differentiating, and successful bids.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Identifying bid winning strategies and themes.
  • Developing best in class and compelling bid submissions.
  • Finalising bids with meticulous proofing
  • Preparing and delivering successful bid presentations

Qualifications and experience required.

  • At least five years solution architecting and bid writing experience; highly analytical and detailed.
  • Business to Government (Central or Local) experience is pre-requisite. It is not necessary to have a healthcare services background.
  • Self-motivated with aspirations to develop his/her career.
  • A winning track record and mentality; a drive for continuous improvement of bid process, content, and output.
  • Inquisitive and highly creative; have a passion for convincing/compelling stories.
  • Exceptional project management and interpersonal/written communication skills.
  • High level of MS Office expertise and ideally MS Project and Visio experience.
  • Preferably a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant discipline.
