About the role

As the Ceiling Track Administrator for Medequip Assistive Technology Ltd you will deal with enquiries, referrals and installations of CTH equipment in client’s homes and undertaking relevant administration duties relating to this, in line with service requirements. You will provide an efficient and responsive administrative and operational support to the operations departments within Medequip 

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • To provide administrative and general office support, answering/making telephone calls, data inputting, booking appointments, distribution of information. 
  • To ensure that new referrals are processed within the required time-scales to meet the Contract and TSA standards. 
  • To schedule the Technicians diaries with appointments
  • To learn and keep up to date knowledge of CTH equipment and be able to triage in the first instance before making a Technician appointment. 
  • Handling client information in a sensitive and confidential manner. 
  • Preparing source documentation needed for new clients. 
  • Responding to routine queries and requests from Commissioners, Clients, managers, employees and colleagues. 
  • Liaise with the ceiling track teams (Operations) regarding the ordering of stationery, PPE, materials, equipment and units.

Qualifications and experience required.

  • Extremely organised with good communication skills. 
  • Detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving.
  • Ideally some experience in a  similar role and sector
