Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £25,521.60 per annum + on-call allowance & company van
(On-call rates: £60 per week including first call out, then £23 per call out thereafter)

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Driver Technician, you won’t just be delivering and installing equipment — you’ll be the friendly face bringing life-enhancing solutions to our customers’ doorsteps. Your role is vital in ensuring our clients receive a trusted, respectful, and personalised service every time.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Driving safely to customers’ homes and treating them with respect, empathy, and kindness
  • Delivering, installing, repairing, and collecting healthcare equipment
  • Demonstrating equipment use clearly and confidently
  • Providing outstanding customer care with patience and professionalism
  • Handling basic DIY tasks related to installations
  • Being flexible with working hours and participating in an emergency on-call rota

What We’re Looking For

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Hold a full UK driving licence (minimum 3 years)
  • Are reliable, organised, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Communicate clearly and confidently
  • Are flexible with your working hours and willing to be part of an emergency on-call rota
