About the role

As the Community Engagement and Partnership Manager for Medequip Assistive Technology Ltd you will lead our stakeholder engagement, manage service-user involvement, and support continuous service improvement.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Develop and deliver the Community and Engagement Strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including a service user board.
  • Oversee service quality assurance, complaints handling, and improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate engagement events locally and nationally, including media activity and press releases.
  • Manage and monitor all service-related social media accounts.
  • Support learning from complaints and provide guidance for operational improvements.
  • Produce stakeholder listings and engagement materials.
  • Lead and coordinate marketing activities and internal communication of engagement plans.
  • Identify new engagement opportunities and ensure activities remain modern and relevant.
  • Manage service surveys and support compliance with company and statutory standards.

Qualifications and experience required.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a public, healthcare, or service-based role
  • GCSEs including Maths and English
  • Budget management experience
  • Assertive, highly motivated, flexible, and a strong team player
  • Full clean driving licence
