Medequip Connect provide services to over 50,000 people nationwide with the objective of providing reassurance and support to older, disabled or vulnerable people allowing them to remain safely in their own home.
We help people to maintain people’s independence by providing Technology Enabled Care (TEC) and a range of associated equipment that gives them the confidence of knowing that assistance is available at any time, 24 hours a day. About the role
As the Responder & Technician Team Leader for Medequip Connect, you will help drive improvement, develop best practice, and support the performance of our TEC Installation, Maintenance, and Response services. You will champion quality, customer satisfaction, staff development, and operational excellence, ensuring services are delivered effectively and safely in line with TSA Quality Standards, contract requirements, and company processes.
This role is central in developing a highly skilled, well-supported workforce and in maintaining a culture of continuous improvement and outstanding customer service.
