About the role
As the Design and Marketing Administration Manager for Medequip Assistive Technology Ltd you will support the marketing, design and engagement team by coordinating requests, delivering graphic design and digital creative work, managing stock and procurement, and keeping marketing information and activities well organised.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Creating digital and print assets including brochures, web graphics, social media content, signage and presentations
- Supporting creative concept development from brief through to final delivery
- Applying UX/UI best practice to web pages, landing pages and email templates
- Updating existing materials and maintaining consistency across brand touchpoints
- Preparing graphics and materials for exhibitions and events
- Maintaining templates and image libraries
- Acting as the main point of contact to support marketing of the Medequip Connect service
- Managing the marketing support inbox and responding to or triaging requests
- Creating and maintaining Microsoft Forms
- Keeping the events calendar up to date each month
- Supporting the Returning Equipment campaign
- Supporting the engagement team with investigations and partnership administration
- Helping improve administrative processes, work logs and project reports
- Obtaining quotes and purchasing marketing materials
- Managing promotional stock levels, stock records and annual restocking of materials
- Maintaining supplier information
- Preparing, packing and organising materials for events and supporting logistics
- Attending larger events when required

Qualifications and experience required.
- Experience in marketing coordination or administration
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Competent user of MacOS, Windows, Office 365 and Adobe applications
- Confidence using Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, with XD and After Effects desirable
- Experience using Figma
- Understanding of image preparation
- Familiarity with social media content requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience with WordPress, Shopify and similar web platforms (Desirable)
- Knowledge of HTML or CSS (Desirable)
- Understanding of email marketing applications (Desirable)
- Experience in the health and social care sector (Desirable)
