Hours: 15 hours per week
Salary: £8.06 per hour

About the role 

As the Warehouse and Cleaning Apprentice for Medequip Assistive Technologies, you will be pivotal in supporting our experienced Warehouse Operatives, Driver Technicians, and Service Engineers within the Depot.  

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: 

  • Working in the warehousedecontamination area and in the depot workshop  

  • Working alongside the Workshop Engineers to gain knowledge and experience to undertake all aspects of the role. 

  • Occasionally accompanying Engineers on jobs in the field. 

  • Stock management  

  • Maintaining all areas of the warehousecomplying with the company’s health & safety policies 

  • Occasionally supporting visits to clients homes and assisting with installation, delivery/collection of equipment 

  • Liaising with the customer services team on site on product related queries or questions

Qualifications and experience required 

  • Able to assemble stock. 

  • Good attention to detail 

  • Excellent communication skills  

  • Strong organisational skills 

  • Basic computer knowledge and understanding  

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
